At the APS StampShow 2019 in Omaha, Nebraska (August 1-4) the Rossica journal has once again shared second place among ALL philatelic publications! This is the FOURTH year in a row that the jury has awarded us with the Reserve Grand and Large Gold medals. The number one spot (Grand) went to a specialized book: “Under Three Flags, The Postal History of the Spanish-Cuban/American War (1895-1898)”.
